Current and past athletes include: the Adams State University Track and Cross-Country teams, athletes representing 12 different countries, athletes competing in the Olympics, World Athletics Championships, European Athletic Championships, Commonwealth Games, European Cross-Country Championships, US, French, and Irish Olympic Trials, and US Marathon Olympic Trials. These athletes have accumulated a total of 50 NCAA National Titles, and 186 All-American Honors to date and I’m sure I haven’t included them all. In short, I have had and continued to be blessed with the privilege of working with amazing athletes and even better people.

My Person CV includes: 15 years as a Physical Therapist focused on Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, 20 years of coaching High School, Ameture, and Professional endurance athletes. A High School and College running career full of injuries that I had to learn to navigate. During that time I was a 6x All-American cross-country and track athlete for Adams State University (College when I ran there) with my highest NCAA National Championship finishes being 5th in XC and 2nd and 3rd in the 3000m Steeplechase. I went onto race duathlon and triathlon at the professional level for 13 years competing for team USA at 5 ITU Duathlon World Championships and 1 Xterra World Championships. I have an awesome wife and three high energy kids that keep me running.

When I have an injury I look at it as an opportunity to address my weakness and rebuild myself better than before. -Jerome Clemente

Patient Testimonial

“A few months ago, I started experiencing pain in my IT band that I just couldn’t figure out. It was frustrating. I tried stretching, rolling, and resting, but nothing seemed to get me back to running pain-free. That’s when I started working with Joshua. From the start, he was incredibly patient and thorough, taking the time to understand what was going on and guiding me through exercises that would actually help. He didn’t just give me a routine, he explained why each movement mattered and how it would get me back to running stronger. Every session, he adjusted and fine-tuned things based on my progress, making sure I wasn’t just going through the motions but actually improving. Now, I’m back to running just in time for my outdoor season opener, feeling stronger and more confident.”

Patient Testimonial

“When I first saw Josh for my knee injury it had become difficult to walk, Josh was great about getting a zoom call organized and we went over my symptoms. He was able to walk me through why injuries can occur and how to help them in the moment and then how to prevent them in the future. These explanations were helpful for me to get back to running faster than I have before with new strength and knowledge about myself as a runner.”
